Celebrity broken heart quotes?
Has LovesAGame.com miraculously transformed into a gossip blog?
Most certainly not. This is my second article with collected quotes and I wanted to bring home a message with them.
Celebrities are human too, did you know that? They suffer from broken hearts exactly like we do. Don’t shake your heads, a lot of people think otherwise. Fame and fortune doesn’t protect you from life’s strokes.
The following celebrity broken heart quotes are a tribute to a German celebrity, who made my day some years ago.
Many years ago I accidentally heard one of the most inspiring broken heart quotes. It was from Germany’s most popular music producer. This guy had everything you could ever dream of, fame, money, girls, yet he was missing one thing. Click to continue »
Most inspiring romantic quotes ever? Haven’t we had enough romantic stuff here already in the near past?
I think not. I think that you can’t have too much romance in your life.
I am a romantic guy. That’s no secret. Guilty as charged. So what?
What most people consider as a weakness, is in fact a fortitude. Being romantic is not blurring out reality, not peering through rose-colored glasses, it’s looking at life with other than the five senses you already got. Having a romantic soul is revealing a "glass is half full"-mentality, as opposed to the so called realists, who tend to have a rather negative image of the world.
So why a list of the most romantic quotes?
Because I like them. Because romantic quotes or romantic love quotes illustrate vividly the lessons we learn in life and in love. I like to hear what famous writers or celebrities have to say about certain topics.
Of course, I have also found plenty of nonsense, intellectual wanna-be’s trying to be smart and some really cheesy stuff.
On what basis have I chosen the best ones?
They have to fulfill certain criteria, they have to be positive and uplifting. You’re supposed to feel better after reading them and not to realize how hard life can be. The romantic quotes are to convey a positive point of view at the romantic side of life.
I want them to inspire you, to give you hope if you lost it and to guide you to a better life.
Is this possible? We will see.
So, without further ado, here is my personal favorite list of the 10 most uplifting romantic quotes.
Enjoy. Click to continue »
In my work with people who suffer from a break up or divorce there is one question which is mostly asked first: How long will it take to get over it? How long will the pain last?
Even I asked this question many years ago. I waited two and a half years for that answer to come. It was then I realized what the final chapter in getting over a break up was.
I know how it feels.
Sometimes it seems so unbearable that you cannot imagine your life ever to be happy again. I will tell you something that you already feel is true inside of you, but your analytic mind doesn’t allow you to acknowledge: You will be happy again. And if you take this challenge, you will be much stronger than you were before.
I’ve been there.
You must look at this terrible experience as an opportunity, only then you will have the right mindset to from upon it. I know that it is very difficult to get into that state and it may take you some time. But when you actually understand, the healing will begin.
Unfortunately, many do not look at this the way I do. They try to get their Exes back or jump into another relationship right away. They would do anything to stop the pain. Isn’t this understandable? Click to continue »
I receive e-mails every day where people ask me about tips for long distance relationships – how to make the distance a little more bearable, how to maintain the closeness you have established during the time you have been together.
Usually I refer them to my groundbreaking article, which has been translated to 30 languages, printed and sold over 30 million copies
, on how to make a long distance relationship work, along with a little tip.
Now I am about to reveal this very special long distance relationship tip I used myself and which helped me a great deal when I was in that situation myself. I haven’t found this on other sites, so I think I am sort of the inventor of this “technique”.
Lean back and read on, the following tip will help you tighten your long distance relationship bond. Click to continue »
They say that a Masai warrior dies if locked up in prison. They are not able to imagine that this condition wouldn’t last forever. They neither live in the future nor in the past. The Masai only live in the present.
We as a civilization have lost, or are about to lose, our connection to nature.
We are a part of it, we live in it, but we are rarely connected to it. Yet this connection is substantial for our survival, mentally and physically.
The indigenous peoples of the world, whether the indians in Peru, the native American indian cultures, the Australian Aboriginals or the African Masai, all are directly connected and embedded into their surroundings in nature. They are a part of nature.
The lesson we could learn from the Masai warriors is essentially not a new one. You will find it throughout all religions: the lesson to live only in the present, to let the past behind and not to be threatened by the future.
I argue that this attitude is an essential factor for their close bond to mother nature.
What advantages do we have if we only lived in the now?
Being present in the now is the truest path to happiness and enlightenment, so they say. To examine this thesis, let’s give it the following consideration. Click to continue »
