Approaching WomenBelieve it or not, there is one thing that scares many men more than hell:
that is to approach a beautiful woman.

Why is that the case? What can a beautiful woman possibly do to an approaching man? Rip his head off? Not likely.

But I understand it. I once was there myself.

It is a fundamental fear of rejection that dominates here. An attractive woman has lots of power. Everybody is polite to her, wants to get her drinks, wants to be with her. She is a status symbol. An indication of personal power. And she knows that. But the power she has over you, is only the power that you give her.

Reach Your GoalsA good friend asked me two years ago a very fundamental question. She said: “I wish I had a secret treasure map on how to escape my misery, because I don’t have the strength to think about it. Is there one?”.

This got me thinking.

I knew, that achieving any goal requires the very same process. No matter what you want, be it physical things or an inner state of happiness, you get it the same way.

“Who and where you are today is simply the result of your thoughts, feelings and actions up to this day.”

Whenever you are unsatisfied with your life, a specific situation, you’ll ask for a new condition. A way things should be. Whether this is to have a better job, to earn more money, to have a fulfilling relationship or simply to be the coolest guy/babe in the universe. Click to continue »

Broken HeartThe inevitable question that always rises in your mind sooner or later when you suffer from a break-up is: Am I the only one? And is my pain the most intense? To not keep you in suspense, the answer of course is no, you are not alone.

You will find them all around you: in forums over the Internet, at your working place, among your friends and neighbors. Some are grieving quietly without letting you notice anything at all. Especially men don’t allow themselves to grief, because they think that it’s a sign of weakness, they even take drugs or alcohol only to not have to deal with it. Others on the other hand are crying it all out. Everybody has his unique way to deal with it.

But what I asked myself over and over again back then was: why are some obviously dealing better with a break-up than others?
