Name A Star - The Ultimate Romantic Idea “I would take the stars out of the sky for you”.

Well, actually here is your chance. Why don’t you buy a star?

I’m sure you hate those situations too: the birthday of your partner is coming and you don’t have the slightest idea what to buy. Same goes for Christmas, Valentines Days and all the other days, when your partner expects you to buy something nice. The bar is set very high. In fact nearly unreachable high. Sounds familiar?

Many of you asked me about the ultimate romantic gift ideas. It shouldn’t be just “nice”, it should also convey the intensity of your feelings towards the other person.

No, guys, I know what you are thinking, not a ticket to a basketball game, and gals, not a cooking course (although this was pure fun). I’m talking about something romantic here. Something so valuable and sooo romantically loaded that your partner would be blown away and treasure it for years, if not decades.

Impossible? No. I have exactly what you are looking for.

The Personalized Gift That Is Out Of This World - Name A Star

I would like to share a truly romantic gift idea with you.

Many years ago, in 1989, my back then girlfriend made me an unforgettable birthday present: She named a star after me.

Yes, you read right, there is actually a star in the sky which is named after me.

Believe it or not, despite the fact that this was so many years ago and that her image almost faded in my mind, this present is still valuable and dear to me and keeps the memory alive.

Name A Star - The Ultimate Romantic GiftAs you can see on the photograph, I still have it.

She bought this “name a star” - service through International Star Registry, a company that is still #1 in the world for this service.

This is indeed The Ultimate Romantic Idea, and I really recommend it to anyone. This will make a lifelong impression on the one who’s getting the present.

Here is what you will get in the “name a star kit”:

  • A beautiful 16″ X 12″ full color parchment certificate personalized with the star name, date and coordinates.
  • A Personalized 16″ X 12″ sky chart containing the star name, star date, the constellation and the location circled in red where the star is in the sky.
  • A booklet on astronomy written by a professional astronomer with additional sky charts.
  • A letter of congratulations/memorial.

Now you have no more excuses for giving socks or ties for birthdays.

And don’t forget the next time you look up to the stars at night, maybe you are just looking at my Star.

All the best,

Eddie

Wow! I didn’t know that there’s such a gift that you can give others. I think it’s very romantic because you will think of her every time you see that star in the sky.

I love the idea. Thanks for sharing this with me and other people.

I did this for my boyfriend & I think it’s the most wonderful gift, plus it’s fairly affordable… It’s also a fun gift to give hints about, because there is a pretty good chance that he/she won’t guess it.
This definatley is the Ultimate Romantic Gift!
Plus, it’s kinda fun to go star gazing together for it.
For the chick-flick Connoisseurs… there is of course the romantic underlying story from the 2002 Movie “A Walk to Remember”.

Special Thanks to Eddie for his support & encouragment!

Love,
Christae

    @Christae

    Thank you :) .

I thought I was a “chick-flick Connoisseurs” myself (there goes my “street-credibility” ;) ) but I’ve never heard of “A Walk to Remember”.

    I will check it out.
